| Description: | The Basic Certificate Course is currently taught primarily by Mark VA3MWH. The Course will be conducted Virtually via Google Meet, and consists of seven, two hour lessons taking place Mondays at 7PM EST. The registration cost for the course is $60. Any outside participants that wish to take the course with PARC are welcomed to do so, and in person or remote exams are available after the completion of the course, and included in the cost. The $60 fee also includes membership to PARC for the remainder of the Calendar Year. PARC’s course does reflect the changes to the exam that came into effect in July 2025. |
